Rules and Regulations
This is a paid, self-service parking lot open to the public. By parking here, you agree to our Rules and Regulations. Unauthorized vehicles and vehicles in violation of these Rules and Regulations will be cited, booted, or towed. Payment instructions are posted on-site. This lot is enforced 24/7.

Payment Required: Parking payment is required for all vehicles, 24/7, including reserved parking for individuals with disabilities. Payment must be made in advance using posted payment options, immediately after parking.

Payment Confirmation: If the payment app, kiosk, or other payment method fails, do not park here. Confirm receipt of payment before leaving your vehicle. Official Parking is not responsible for payment or extension issues.

Visible Pass: Parking passes must be visibly displayed on the rearview mirror or center of front dashboard to avoid citation, booting, or towing.

Restricted Areas: Parking, standing, or stopping is prohibited in driveways and unauthorized areas.

Payment Assistance: For payment assistance, call (404) 334-3581. If payment cannot be made due to any reason, including system malfunction or lack of payment assistance, do not park here.

Accurate License Plate: Accurate license plate entry is required for payment verification and to avoid citation, booting or towing.

Gravel Lots: In gravel lots, park at cement wheel-stop blocks only.

Sufficient Time: Pay for sufficient parking time to avoid citation, booting, or towing.

Citation Responsibility: By parking here, you agree to take responsibility for retrieving and addressing citations via windshield notice or mail and to take responsibility for following instructions for payment or dispute.

No Time Transfer: Parking time is not transferable between vehicles.

Temporary Tags: Temporary tag users must enter the complete alphanumeric tag number (excluding the date) into the payment system.

Designated Spaces: Park in designated parking spaces only.

Liability: Park at your own risk. Official Parking and the property owner are not liable for vehicle damage, property loss, or personal injury.

Multiple Spaces: Vehicles occupying multiple spaces must pay for each space, using sequential license plate variations (e.g., MyLPN, MyLPN1).

Prohibited Activities: Trespassing, loitering, soliciting, dumping, littering, and public urination are prohibited.

Data Usage: You authorize Official Parking and its agents to use address lookup services, debt collection services, or law firms to contact you via mail, SMS text, phone, and email for collection purposes.

No Refunds: No refunds or change will be provided.

Avoid Strangers: Do not interact with strangers regarding payment or advice. These Rules and Regulations and posted signs are the controlling terms of use.

Single Vehicle/Lot Payment: Payments are valid for one vehicle, one session, and one lot only.

Sign Compliance: Drivers are responsible for following all posted instructions.
